The Museum of Archaeological Sciences and Art of the University of Padova
The Museum of Archaeological Sciences and Art, at the Liviano palace, was designed by Gio Ponti in the 1930s. Its historical core derives from Vallisneri donation and also includes Mantova Benavides collection (16th century); during the time it has been enriched by an archaeological section which houses finds from many ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean area and a plaster gallery that features casts of classical sculptures.
